about my practice
I first came to astrology 10 years ago through farming, when I learned about the practice of planting with the lunar calendar and the moon’s conversation with the mysterious life force held in seeds. When I received my first astrology reading from a mentor later that year, I was mind blown that a map of the sky could paint such a multidimensional picture of things I had always known but never been able to articulate.
My current practice incorporates astrology, Human Design, and numerology. I love how these modalities can support people on both a spiritual level - feeling clearer about your own essence, path, past life conditioning and karma - as well as the more practical level of how to reframe relational and emotional dynamics, tap into your natural gifts at work, and more decisively communicate your needs to those around you. Sessions begin with your birth chart as a foundation, using the transits and numerology for timing and working with the cycle of your year; explore your Human Design for strategy and decision-making; and fold in Tarot for intuitive checks on particular questions or situations in your life.
I have completed over 1,000 reading hours for private clients and events over the past eight years. I am currently studying with medical astrologer Judith Hill, and began my studies with Sajah Popham’s School of Evolutionary Herbalism. I was lucky to grow up in a lineage of Western mysticism and transpersonal psychology, and the rituals of growing and cooking food as a way home to the body in diaspora.
